We were approached by Seals Watch Co. to help design and launch a unique piece that would close out their inaugural Model A line-up. The Model A.5 is the result of some bold (and fun) ideas.
Model A.5
These special edition pieces are partly inspired by the colourful watches of the 1970’s. Details such as the sans-serif Roman numerals, or lollipop style seconds hand are ‘fan-favourite’ features we couldn’t resist including.
The watch comes in two design/colour variations, but a common feature to both is the case. The case-back inscription speaks to the importance of time as an omnipresent force. A reminder to the wearer at the beginning and end of each day: Respect it, and spend it well.
Overall, the Model A.5 is a departure from your typical Seals watch, which is why it’s such a fitting end to the Model A series. Moreover, we are thankful to be included in such a pivotal moment for the brand.
